I’m unable to access the Grand Secretariat Archives 内閣大庫 from my Windows 10 machine (Firefox, Microsoft Edge giving the same result). The login gets stuck at https://login.crossasia.org/idp/profile/SAML2/Redirect/SSO , reloading this page over and over without anything showing up. Any ideas what might be the problem? Thank you. Feel free to answer in German if it’s more convenient. Thanks in advance.

However, in general to open RDP databases, please use the Internet Explorer on your Windows machine (and Safari for Mac), because Firefox (and most of the other browser) does not support the Java Applet anymore. With Edge actually I also had problems. See as well at:
